1. Scope of Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of KOSHI MIHARA’s Application (“App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App for your personal and lawful use in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

1. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
2. Do not copy, modify, rent, lease, sell, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.
3. Do not use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes third-party rights.
4. Commercial use requires our prior written consent unless expressly permitted within the App.

4. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the App are owned by us or our licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

5. Subscription & In‑App Purchases

1. Auto‑renewing subscriptions and other purchases are billed via the App Store under your Apple ID.
2. Subscription length, price, and (if applicable) price per unit are disclosed in the App Store and within the App prior to purchase.
3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
4. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Changes become effective when posted in the App or on our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our principal place of business in Japan.
